Warehouse area.#Owning targets & deliverable for Reliability, Speed, Quality & Cost performance metrics.#Spearheading the entire Warehouse Operations including inward, outward, QC, reconciliation, process audits & implementations, warehouse cost control and timelines of various processes of warehouse#Responsible for developing, documenting, and executing a comprehensive logistics and distribution strategic plan #Ensuring an efficient and effective utilization of company resources (people, time, assets, budget)#Manage and optimize supply chain logistics network with multiple distribution centers.#Understand the overall operations strategy and mapped plans to support business objectives; inputs to evaluate #Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are met within guidelines.#Assessing the capacity readiness (RCCP) in line with the long- term business plans (S & OP) and working with stakeholders to bridge the gap.#Development & implementation of distribution best practices such as systems integration and optimization, inventory control, demand planning, and SKU optimization.#Real Time End To End monitoring (including Fulfillment Center, Market Place, Mother Hub, Transport & Last Mile) of the supply chain performance against the defined Service Levels /TATs and engaging with the stakeholders in case of deviation to revert normalcy#Periodic review of annual plans & budgets
