I am currently serving as the Director of Global Payroll Operations at Strada, bringing extensive expertise in Global Payroll and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) with over a decade of industry experience. Prior to my role at Strada, I held positions as the Global Payroll Principal at Boston Scientific and Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Global Payroll at Neeyamo, where I led global payroll implementation teams for diverse clients worldwide.With 18 years in the field, I specialize in HRO, HRIS, and platforms such as SuccessFactors (Employee Central and BenefitFocus), ADP (US Payroll), and PeopleSoft. I have actively participated in various transitions and HRIS migrations, including implementing Employee Central for Payroll and migrating from PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors, enabling clients to adopt new HRIS and Payroll platforms seamlessly.My collaborative approach extends to working closely with Global Business Services (GBS) leaders globally, supporting multiple projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
