As the Projects Manager for the company I oversee all of Watermark Projects technical developments including designing our bespoke systems, specialist procurement of materials, on site training and commissioning. The best part of doing my job is the satisfaction of designing bespoke systems that solve problems and satisfy our clients with a product that meets their specifications.Watermark Projects is part of the W. A Cooke & Sons group and was created so that our team of waste water treatment engineers can focus on providing a complete package for our industrial clients on an individual basis.We start with a free site assessment which allows us to obtain key information from the client, evaluate what is required, and give clients the ability to make an informed decision on the next steps.We have various products and services designed to help clients treat waste water in an efficient and cost effective way. This may mean upgrading or improving the efficiency of the current treatment system or installing a new bespoke system. Our DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) systems are specifically designed for the efficient removal of suspended solids and are now available on a trial or rental basis. This also helps clients who only need the equipment temporarily.At the design stage we listen to our client’s request, creating drafts and work with them to resolve any issues in the early stages of the project.After completion of the design phase, our engineers build and test the product to make sure everything is fully functioning. The product is transported, installed and commissioned by our team. We then offer routine servicing, maintenance and repairs across the UK. If the product does need repair the task can be carried out onsite or back at one of our works to minimise interruption of day to day operations.
