Work with a broad range of health and social care professionals within multi-disciplinary teams.• Undertake structured interviews, psychological assessments and observations of individuals and groups.• Support the Assistant Psychologists with semi structured interviews, assign tasks and supervise.• Develop Positive Behavioral Support Plans and Behavioral analysis.• Assist in the development of psychological formulations of clinical problems and the development and delivery of care plans, which include psychological treatment plans.• Determine appropriate psychological intervention, considering a range of potentially conflicting clinical information and dynamics.• Implement/develop CBT/DBT Skills and implement them as appropriate as 1:1 and groups.• Represent the Psychology Department in multidisciplinary meetings and produce the required reports.• Provide clinically based supervision to guidance to other professional groups.• Keep appropriate clinical records of work.• Provide weekly lessons learnt posters for the hospital• Provide Reflective Practice to all staff• Managing Incidents on the ward• Attend Clinical Governance meeting• Provide training to staff during induction.
