Starting in January 2025 when Sherman & Howard joined Taft, my role as Financial Systems Implenetation Manager harnesses my in-depth knowledge of financial applications and process design to enhance firm operations. Through meticulous management of systems, most recently with Aderant Expert Sierra, I\'ve assisted with planning, design, testing and implementation of robust financial frameworks that support the firm\'s strategic goals. My technical proficiency has been pivotal in spearheading the implementation and maintenance of crucial financial tools, translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.My leadership at Sherman & Howard and now Taft extends beyond system management. I\'ve cultivated a collaborative environment where I translate my analytical skills into actionable insights, empowering a team dedicated to process improvement and best practice compliance. I have developed and conducted trainings for end users and provided support in the midst of implementation activies to make sure we meet the goal of transitioning to new softare as quickly as possible.Emphasizing the importance of security within financial systems, I have taken charge of firmwide roles and permissions, safeguarding our operations and fostering continuous improvement in our financial landscape. I\'ve also developed my hands on experience with SQL, the Aderant Admin Applications, Chrome River and other Integrations and how these all interact with each other to provide support firmwide.
