Currently, I am the Programme Director responsible for the delivery of a new Managed Service solution in conjunction with deployment of new infrastructure and application migrations.I was tasked with reversing the failing programme so as to ensure that the solution achieved its’ objectives from a legal, contractual and functional perspective.I am also responsible for overseeing the Service Delivery team so as to ensure that the solution is on-boarded in line with due process whilst transforming the existing service and proper integration with the relevant support and operations teams.Budget responsibility of $27M

I am recognised as being an exceptionally effective leader and programme and portfolio manager with 25 years’ experience overseeing the development and delivery of IT strategies and innovation in a wide range of sectors, including petrochemical, retail, financial services, and FTSE-100 blue-chip corporates. I oversee service transformation through Agile and other methodologies; developing B2B opportunities; delivering corporate performance enhancement; overhauling business processes and systems to be fit for purpose; and leading and coaching teams to deliver highly complex programmes and work-streams on time and within budget.
