Aftab is the Learning Technology and Learning Resources Centre Manager at Bolton College. He manages the development of the College\'s learning management system and other online services. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the ILT and LRC service, including the management and development of the college\'s ILT and LRC Teams. Here is a brief summary of what the ILT Team at Bolton College has recently delivered: • The ILT Team created Ada, Bolton College\'s online digital assistant for students, teachers and support teams. We are the first Further Education College to establish such a service. The service can respond to general questions about the College, specific questions about a student\'s progress and subject specific questions. • Bolton is the first Further Education College in the UK to establish an Adaptive Learning Environment using Moodle. The service enables the College to deliver adaptive learning and assessment that is truly personalised to each student. • The ILT Team implemented a learning analytics solution which distributes personalised content and services to each student across Bolton College. • The ILT Team launched a learning analytics solution which enables staff to better monitor, assess and manage the progress of each student across Bolton College.
