Currently Working as a Test pack Coordinator in Quilima & Maboqueiro Project for Gas treatment,Soyo,Zaire province-Angola.I am responsible to Coordinate the achievement of the plant piping test circuits completion, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, as defined in the project plans and schedules. Coordinate the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments. Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures and verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame. Tasks include but are not limited to: Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected. Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements. Prepare test packs execution schedule in accordance with construction and commissioning requirements. Set up the proper tools to control the test packs flow and achieve the progressive completion of piping system. Interface with the construction team (mechanical, welding, instrumentation) and with the engineering and quality site team. Steer daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal site organization, in order to optimize the schedule of activities. Provide reports on progress of work and statistical data. Coordinate the walkthroughs in order to finalize test packs and reinstatements, producing quality certificates. Manage the test packs flow with the Client. Manage the punch list close-out with internal organization and Client.
