Handling compliance-related tasks and transitioning from compliance roles to HR operations roles within organizational frameworks. Administering time and absence management, including worker leave and return processing. Conducting knowledge transfer sessions and worked on test cases prior to go-live. Issuing employee correspondence letters (salary certificates, employment letters) based on requests.Managed the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations in Workday. Collaborated with Talent Acquisition & HRBP to get the salary details, grade levels, and work on the employment agreements for new hires. Used EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for bulk uploads, such as OTP, bonus payment, allowance and general salary changes requests for multiple employees, following standard templates.
