Proud to be part of a team of 130 expert coaches, all with experience in supporting neurominorities in the workplace. This role involves coaching neurodiverse individuals in thriving at work using evidence based approaches, I also hold training workshops in raising awareness of neurodiversities to teams and look forward to working in the Social Justice branch of the company with coaching for people who are neurodiverse in the criminal justice system.
