Having begun my career in the healthcare industry, I\'ve always found myself in a front facing role in a career centered towards helping people. That would be the only work aligned with my nature. From working at a clinic in Chicago wherein I was interacting with multiple patients and practitioners daily, to volunteering and teaching English as a second language to adults, I\'ve found helping people achieve their goals is what drives me. The only logical career move for me was into a career in HR. The \"Human\" aspect of \"Human Resources\" appealed to me. Internationally, I have managed, trained and mentored numerous recruiters and have placed candidates worldwide. I strive not only to make the best match for the company but also the best - not just a job - but a career - for the candidate thereby closing a mutually beneficial deal.
