I’m Afroj Aalam, a passionate Engineer turned Entrepreneur and Mentor, dedicated to transforming education and empowering individuals through innovation, mentorship, and social impact.As the Founder & CEO of Afrisha Indian Mentors Pvt. Ltd, widely known as Indian Mentors, I lead a nationwide network of educators and professionals working to bridge the gap between learning and real-world success.Our mission is simple — to make quality education, personalized tutoring, and skill development accessible and impactful for every learner.Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I serve as the Founder & President of TEAM Society (Teaching for Empowerment and Morals Society) — a non-profit organization devoted to empowering underprivileged children, youth, and women through education, mentorship, and moral development initiatives.With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, I believe in combining purpose with passion to create sustainable change in the education ecosystem and beyond.
