Liaise and communicate with Head Office, Principals, Owners, Charterers, Suppliers, and Receivers to ensure seamless vessel operations.* Coordinate with government authorities, including Port, Customs, Immigration, MMD, PHO, and Police, to facilitate smooth port operations.* Prepare and manage documentation for vessel arrival and departure, including NOR, SOF, and original documents.* Oversee vessel-related port costs, including operating and managing expenses.* Handle crew manning activities, such as clearance, accommodation, transportation, and other related tasks.* Utilize knowledge of Custom/Port software, including Ice/gate, SCMTR, EDI, POMS, NLP, and E-docs like Sea IGM-EGM, Bill of Entry, and Shipping Bill.* Pre-plan port operations, prepare DA\'s, PDA\'s, FDA\'s, and analyze port bills to optimize efficiency.* Work on voyage estimates, laytime calculations for demurrage or dispatch, bunker consumption, and calculations, and check different ports\' PDA by various port tariffs.
