HR professional with 10+ years of experience in CPG, pharma, and manufacturing, across Bangladesh, India, and now Canada. Started in HR consulting, which gave early exposure to many industries and a strong foundation in what makes organizations work. Genuinely curious about people and what makes them perform well.
