I manage a work order system with Jira Service Management or UpKeep for all repairs, from HVAC to plumbing.Budgeting & Project Execution: I handle all facility budgets and manage major projects, including renovations and capital improvements. I use tools like Asana and Trello to keep projects on track and on budget.My day-to-day work is centred on hands-on tasks that keep the business running smoothly, including administering payroll with Gusto or ADP and managing all employee benefits, including 401(k) plans. I also ensure all building systems, from fire alarms to security cameras, are functional and compliant with OSHA standards.
