Supporting people in their career journeys has always been a core value—first through tourism and event planning, and now through workforce development. This path has allowed for a meaningful shift from managing operations to helping individuals and communities find opportunities that truly matter. Currently working as a Workforce Development Coordinator at IGNITE, focusing on building local talent, supporting newcomers, and connecting people with valuable networks and resources.
