I’m an educator at heart and a school leader by passion! Over the years, I’ve grown from classroom teaching to Vice Principal and now my current role as a Principal, where I enjoy mentoring students, coordinators, Hods, supporting teachers, administration and creating student-focused systems that truly make a difference. I began my career in the corporate world, but I found my true calling in education and went on to complete my qualifications while balancing family and work. Today, I’m also pursuing a Professional Doctorate from the European International University to deepen my understanding of school improvement and leadership.What drives me every day is the belief that children can transform beautifully when we guide them with empathy, structure and purpose. I’m solution oriented, committed to building positive school cultures, empowering teachers and creating learning experiences that help teachers and students grow into confident and compassionate individuals.Part of Lighthouse Learning for more than a decade, I believe the future of education is all about strengthening and incorporating student-centric approaches and uphold the fact that mere knowledge & content may not matter as much as the interactions teachers make with children!
