ABOUT AFRAH KAZI

I’m someone who thrives in the middle of it all: where patients, providers, and processes come together. Working as an Office Manager in a busy physical therapy practice, I’ve learned how to lead with both structure and heart. From managing day-to-day operations to supporting my team and improving patient flow, I focus on creating an environment where things work better, for everyone involved.I enjoy solving problems, building efficient systems, and making sure no detail falls through the cracks. Whether it’s helping a staff member grow into their role or streamlining a process that makes the day smoother for the whole clinic, I believe good leadership shows up in the small, consistent wins.With a Master’s in Health Administration, I’m excited to keep growing in this field, aiming for roles where I can make a bigger impact, lead stronger teams, and continue building healthcare spaces that feel organized, supportive, and truly patient-centered. To stay aligned with the evolving healthcare landscape, I’m currently pursuing Healthcare Informatics. I’m especially interested in how digital tools, data, and system design can improve both patient care and operational outcomes.
