During a leadership transition from January to March 2025, led the HOST team while simultaneously recruiting and hiring for supervisors, project manager and senior program manager roles. Administered all day-to-day operations and tasks for the HOST team while maintaining team performance standards and meeting contract obligations.Proactively Implemented DESC\'s trauma-informed best practices for clients and staff, including facilitating critical incident debriefs and establishing a \"wellness corner\" with resources and tools, fostering a supportive environment. Organized an offsite retreat with a skill-building focus on building resiliency following exposure to primary and secondary traumatic stress. Optimized program operations by maintaining accurate client data management, audit readiness, efficient team coordination, and thorough reporting, resulting in a doubling of case note documentation across the team and improved outcomes for clients. Developed and implemented HOSTs two week onboarding schedule for case managers and supervisors. Successfully trained over 10 new staff.
