As a Community Development Officer at Inspiring Women’s Network, I helped organise Cornwall\'s International Women’s Day Gala, developed a volunteering strategy that boosted volunteer numbers, created a community directory to support underrepresented groups in Cornwall, and helped coordinate cultural events to promote diversity. My work focused on fostering inclusion and strengthening community connections.
