I am a PMO, portfolio, and transformation professional specialising in solving complex problems at the intersection of governance, capital delivery, and organisational change.With 5+ years experience, I currently lead the corporate Project Management Office at Harlow District Council, working at executive level with the C-suite to provide governance, investment oversight, and delivery assurance across a £250m+ multi-year capital and transformation portfolio spanning development, digital transformation, and enterprise reform.
