ABOUT YULIA AFLETUNOVA
I’m a data and analytics professional with over 7 years of experience in product analytics, experimentation, and data platform engineering. I focus on designing and owning decision-making systems - from metrics and A/B testing frameworks to the data infrastructure behind high-stakes products.I’ve built analytics for an EdTech company with $55M+ revenue, managed large-scale experimentation in a Big Tech product, and developed production ETL pipelines in FinTech environments. Most recently, I’ve been working in an early-stage startup, where I architected and implemented a privacy-first data platform using Airflow, dbt, and ClickHouse, taking ownership of ingestion, transformations, orchestration, and production stability. A significant part of my work involved setting up and operationalising ClickHouse as the analytical core.I’m also the founder of Analyst Girls Club, a Russian-speaking community for women in analytics, and I mentor people entering or growing in the field.
