Collaborate with the Sports Science & Medicine team to deliver performance-enhancing development plans.The GB Way: Co-create the GB 3x3 style of play and long-term performance plan, working closely with the BBF Performance Lead, pathway managers, and players.Coaching Leadership: Mentor the U23 Men’s Head Coach, support the U23 programme, and contribute to elite 3x3 coach development clinics.Professional Team Support: Assist British 3x3 men’s pro-teams in FIBA competitions, as directed by the BBF Performance Lead.Highlights:Successfully helped the GB Senior Men’s 3x3 team to qualification for the FIBA 3x3 World Cup representing Great Britain on the global stage.
