With Layout designs ranging from 2 to 10-layer boards Prioritizing signal integrity with tolerancing of 0.5%Managed system production schedules, inventory, calibration, and serial numbering. Utilizing WASP inventory and tracking system for inventory management.Developed bed of nails test stands to reducing testing to under 5 minutes, creating a documentation chain of results tied to serial numbers for UL certifications, and reduced end of line defects to below 10%.Lead point of contact with PCB manufacturer for cost reduction, manufacturability, physical stack up modifications for signal integrity, maintained parts EOL (End of life), and conformal coating blueprints, to ensure short assembly times and reduce defects during full system production.Developed Research and Development circuit boards, Testing software, and automated data collection devices. This includes long term drift data of over hours, Live Graphing Software, and SQL Database for storage. Systems developed utilizing but not limited to ESP-32, I2C, analog signals, HTML, Python (FLASK), JavaScript, Can (J1939).
