I currently monitor ten thousands of severs running different Linux distros (RHEL, SUSE, and CentOS) and other OS including Solaris, AIX and Windows Servers. Using varieties of tools, I monitor/manage/fix potential server resources issues like CPU, Memory, SWAP, filesystems utilization etc. I also engage in troubleshooting server related issues with incident management on production impacting issues by performing server health checks and further investigations. Working within a team consisting on Systems, Network, Middleware and OracleDB Engineers, I also perform data captures either from the server/sniffers using tcpdump/iptrace/Netscout for a deeper-dive investigation mostly for RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
