Supporting preparation of required paperwork for confined space entry including hazard assessment, rescue plan, entry and tool logs• Maintaining detailed records of entry conditions, personnel entry and exit from space, atmospheric readings• Completing required gas testing at specified intervals, using BW Gas Alert Max XT and RAE PID and compound specific monitors• Ensuring all procedures, policies, rules and permit requirements are followed for work in confined spaces• Inspecting equipment and personnel entering confined space to ensure all hazards are controlled and addressed
