Fairly is a SaaS platform designed to empower talent acquisition teams in their quest to efficiently discover and hire the best candidates. In my role, I played a key part in developing a user-friendly interface using React, enabling seamless input of user demographics into their profiles. By employing.NET, I created API controllers and routes, leveraging models, service files, and requests to ensure efficient data handling.To ensure the reliability and robustness of the platform, I conducted thorough testing and validation of API endpoints using Postman. Additionally, I utilized SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Transact-SQL to optimize data management. This involved creating stored procedures, data tables, and lookup tables, as well as implementing primary key and foreign key relationships within the database schema. These measures allowed for seamless table joins in stored procedures, specifically tailored to handle user demographics.Collaboration was a cornerstone of my work on the Fairly platform. I closely collaborated with the survey analytics team, integrating SQL tables and instances to facilitate effective analysis of questions and answers for system administrators. Moreover, I fostered effective communication and coordination within the dynamic development team, ensuring timely delivery of project features aligned with our goals.Engaging in productive collaboration with product management was also integral to my role. This involved conducting code reviews and utilizing Git version control to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software. Throughout the development process, I demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues. By addressing these challenges, I enhanced the overall functionality and user experience of the Fairly platform.
