Andrew Scott Brooks is the founder of The International Business Innovation Association\'s INBIA 2009 Outstanding Incubator Client of the Year, One-Stop Cellular, which he grew to 70+ locations and which accounted for associated revenues of over $1 Billion, before divesting of it. He is the founder of Wingspan Records which is a publisher of one of the most licensed songs of the 21st Century, Grammy Award-winning, Who Let the Dogs Out. He is an entrepreneur, business consultant, public speaker, novelist, and songwriter, among other things.
