ABOUT ANNE MURRAY

I’m an educator-turned-content specialist with experience in classroom teaching, reading specialization, literacy coaching, and program management, now working in curriculum and product development. My background spans ELA instruction, evidence-based literacy practices, curriculum design, and instructional coaching, giving me a strong foundation in how learning products are created, implemented, and used in real classrooms. I’ve trained and partnered with teachers, school leaders, and cross-functional teams to support instructional alignment, professional learning, and scalable literacy solutions. Currently, I serve as an ELA Content Specialist on a product team at a curriculum publishing company, where I collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and editorial teams to develop standards-aligned, research-based instructional materials. I bring a practitioner’s lens to product strategy, content development, quality review, and user-centered design, ensuring materials meet both educator needs and business goals.I’m especially interested in roles related to literacy and high-dosage tutoring at the intersection of education, product management, edtech, and learning design, where strong pedagogy and thoughtful product decisions drive impact at scale. I’m passionate about helping students and teachers succeed through high-quality curriculum, intuitive learning products, and clear instructional guidance by translating classroom insight into products that make teaching more effective and sustainable. Curriculum, edtech products, and intervention apps are just one piece of the teaching puzzle - I want to support educators and administrators in using their expertise to maximize these tools\' effectiveness.
