My journey began in 1996 when I entered the industry joining Apartment Search, a company that assisted renters in finding a home. While there, I realized that this was THE best possible career choice for me! After two years, I obtained my real estate license and began selling real estate in 1998. I\'ve loved it ever since. As my career has grown over the years, I stepped into management in 2007. While in management, I\'ve had the opportunity to help many agents build and grow their real estate careers all while overseeing thousands of real estate transactions. In January of 2016 - I\'ve gone back to what I love most - helping people buy and sell real estate. In 2016, I stepped back into sales and started a real estate team - we are committed to providing the best real estate experience you can possibly have. Our team combines top notch market knowledge and experience, excellent negotiating and contract skills, superior concierge service to provide you with an amazing experience. This position means that I am on the cutting edge of new and innovative ideas in the Real Estate space. I speak, coach and train real estate agents all over the USA and Canada with focus on business building strategies, leadership skills and lead generating - my specialty is working with home buyers and rising female leaders. I am regularly featured in local and national media, Baltimore Sun, Real Producers magazine and more. I regularly give back to our industry by volunteering with State and Local REALTOR Associations. I was the 2018 President Of Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS. I lead + REALTORS and affiliate members. The REALTOR association is the largest political lobbying group in the US. We advocate for or against laws that affect property rights.
