Hi, I’m Aeron Hodges, AIA, Principal at Stantec Architecture. Growing up in Shanghai during a period of extraordinary transformation, I saw how urban growth can shape lives. Experiencing the city’s vibrant culture, strong infrastructure, and diverse neighborhoods gave me a lasting conviction: thoughtful urban design creates opportunity for all. As Principal, I lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex project phases, guiding permitting, design innovation, and documentation. I deliver multifamily, market-rate, and affordable housing as well as workplace and public spaces. My approach balances strategic vision, collaboration, and evolving community needs. Career highlights: Co-founded WHAT’S IN, a design initiative advancing affordable, resilient housing, recipient of Boston’s ONEin3 Impact Award. Led signature projects such as 55 Hudson, The Parker, Miscella, and Montaje at Assembly Row. Earned the Plym Travel Fellowship to study replicable housing solutions across Europe. Published work in professional journals advocating design innovation, housing engagement, and inclusive urban futures. As a published architect and thought leader, I bring creative problem-solving, empathy, and concept-driven expertise to every project.
