As a consultant in the Ernst & Young Global Trade Practice, I work with clients to proactively navigate the dynamic and increasingly complex global trade landscape. I work with clients to mitigate and manage the risks of global trade, improve global trade compliance, and increase the operational effectiveness of supply chains. My work focuses on Export Controls (EAR, ITAR, OFAC), Sanctions, and Trade Compliance Corporate Audits and Investigations of companies under U.S. consent agreements or monitorship. My work also covers Trade Compliance program development, First Sale for Export, Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs), Global Trade Software (GTS) configuration and implementation, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), import/export, valuation, and duty drawback.
