I am a servant leader of a multi-national team (US, Israel and India) focusing on data science-centric products. My portfolio includes Moat Outcomes, Moat Reach, Invalid Traffic Data Science and Engineering (spans the entirety of Oracle Advertising’s product portfolio). In my capacity as the head of the Data Science Products Organization I have been responsible for all aspects of people management, including hiring, annualized evaluations, quarterly performance reviews and compensation analysis. Additionally, I have set strategy for data science and engineering that is coordinated with our Product organization via inputs from Sales and Go-to-Market teams. Finally, I have held responsibilities around architectural review, root-cause-analysis exercises and retrospectives of various events across the Organization. My teams works in a multi-cloud capacity with routine delivery of artifacts occurring in every available major Cloud provider. We are heavy consumers of Airflow, including Databand.ai, Gitlab CI/CD, Spark (Qubole, EMR and Spark on K8s.)
