ABOUT AMBERLEE ENGLE

I’m the Chief Client Officer at R&R Partners, a leading independent agency most notably known for creating the advertising campaign “What Happens Here, Stays Here,” for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. In my current role I lead the company’s Client Partnership department and I am responsible for the overall leadership, management and strategic direction of our client facing team’s and oversee more than 50 brand and project managers. The strategies and processes I’ve developed have built a winning team that is integrated, supportive and focused on solving client business problems and contributing to the overall success of the agency and its clients.I’m truly passionate about my clients, the advertising industry at large and I’m always eager to connect with other marketers. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage is onboarding a new client or working with a CMO to truly understand his or her business objectives and what keeps them up at night. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part – when we can build on a strategic vision together and create true and lasting ROI.I’m equally passionate about leading and mentoring teams. Today, I lead a team of 50+ brand and project managers who are responsible for leading and growing our client’s business. I am a resilient, honest, and motivating leader who welcomes change and innovation in business operations.
