I am the Managing Director of Technical Operations at VML. I lead a team of DevOps specialists with an impressively diverse set of skills and software knowledge. My focus over the past 12 years has been in Adobe Experience Manager systems, specializing in infrastructure architecture, AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM configurations, general web troubleshooting, and performance tuning. However, my CICD skills and platform knowledge is universal across platforms. My experience allows me to advise customers in best practices for infrastructure and services, help them establish those on their multi-tiered sites, and empower them with automation tools. This involves planning resourcing of projects, establishing best practices within the DevOps space, and creating standards of how VML configures and operates platforms such as AEMaaCS.We help our clients explore new CICD technologies, retire old technologies, and continuously improve key configuration and deployment processes. Our projects span all major cloud platforms, private clouds, and the push toward SaaS solutions. Our team creates AI platforms where it makes sense for our clients, utilizing the growing list of functionalities and services.
