I partner closely with the employee experience teams to understand what the employees seek in terms of a positive work experience- Employee Relations: On one end, advisor and close partner with management to help them navigate employee situations ranging from coaching, improvement plans, investigations, to terminations and labor law inquiries. One the other end, I am also the point of contact for employees to discuss any work-related concerns, explain our process, and keep them informed as we find a resolution- Compensation analysis/Benefits and LOA administration: Partner closely with HR Director and Total Rewards Manager. Assist with pay grade modification projects for company restructure; calculate hourly or salary pay for new hires, promotions, or transfer employees; FTE adjustments for non-exempt employees. Manage LOA, vendor relations and Open enrollment process- Data Reporting: monthly and yearly employee retention, weekly and monthly staffing report, internal equity compensation report, onboarding and annual compliance training report, employee satisfaction survey, onboarding feedback report, performance management reports, termination analysis report, EEO report, worker\'s compensation report, and more- DEIB Employee Engagement: Partner closely with Marketing department to plan a calendar of employee celebrations, observances, and activities to promote a healthy, inclusive, safe, and fun environment for everyone in the organization- Workplace Management Software: Experience researching, introducing and training employees on ATS, HRIS, and CMS systems. Some examples include: iCIMS, Paycom, SuccessFactors, UKG, Bullhorn.
