Led a series of gatherings called Slow Fish Rising Tide Chef Camp to convene local and regional chefs to discuss sourcing, how to build relationships with local fishermen and producers and how to educate customers on why knowing where seafood comes from matters. Launched ‘Chef Camp’ with a grant from Slow Food North America as a part of Rising Ride events, a collaboration between Slow Fish North America, Slow Food USA, and Slow Food communities throughout the US and Canada. Slow Fish Rising Tide Chef Camp is now a recurring series held throughout North America.
