About Arvind Chandrakantan
I am a Pediatric Anesthesiologist and Professor of Anesthesiology and Pediatrics at Texas Children\'s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine. I am also a neuroscientist with several publications and lead a basic science laboratory which receives support from several sources notably NHLBI, which we hope to make independent as soon as possible. We also have several clinical papers/projects which we are working to realize independence on as well. We also have an airway device which we have filed a patent on, and our second paper on the device is under review. I also hold an MBA from The Wharton School, and have keen interest in biotech pipelines and am a keen investor in those entities.I am also the author of a book which is in the publishing process: The Mine Shaft.
