I grew up on a floating home my dad built in Portland and came to Seattle at 18 for construction management at the University of Washington. I never left. Building was always in the background and it was the only logical thing to study. I spent five and a half years at Tarragon developing more than 1,200 homes and master-planned communities in the Pacific Northwest. That work taught me how cities actually get built, the relationship between capital, design, and the neighborhoods that absorb what we make. It also made clear that the integrated model working at institutional scale had never been properly applied to the urban infill neighborhoods where it was needed most. That gap is what Olsen Anderson was built to close. We design, build, and deliver homes in Seattle\'s walkable neighborhoods: Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Ballard, Phinney Ridge, Fremont. One team, accountable from the first site walk through to the day you move in. No handoffs. No lost intent. Ten years in, 100+ homes delivered, and the conviction hasn\'t changed: the neighborhoods people love deserve homes built to that standard. At OA I lead vision, development strategy, and capital. I also have a hard time walking past a bad window placement without saying something about it.
