The CEO of the Bhutan Wine Company—which is developing the fine wine industry in the magical Kingdom of Bhutan in the Himalaya Mountains—I am a collaborative leader, brand builder, and marketing strategist, who is an adept relationship builder and communicator passionate about motivating teams across levels and functions to achieve common goals. Prior to leading BWC, I spent over 20 years as a marketing and brand expert—developing, launching, and marketing global brands across the entertainment, non-profit, and consumer products industries. I successfully managed the global development, launch strategy, and brand management of new product lines of Fortune 500 companies (Mattel and Disney), while collaborating with key customers (Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, Amazon) on execution of brand essence in product and marketing to drive global product lines.I am one of only approximately people globally since 1969 to have achieved the qualification of a Diploma from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, a renowned multi-year study program of the wine and spirits industry.
