I operate at the intersection of national security, enterprise technology, and operational command, across the highest levels of government and industry.As a First Sergeant and Senior Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, I have led soldiers and shaped organizations under pressure. At the White House Military Office, I executed mission critical operations at the executive and national level. At Booz Allen Hamilton, I led large scale cybersecurity programs supporting HHS and CISA. Today, as Chief Enterprise Architect at Rividium, supporting the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, I oversee cross domain governance and enterprise cybersecurity operations.I build organizations and systems that perform. I translate strategy into execution and enforce accountability at every level.I hold a Master’s in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Georgetown University and a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Tech, along with CISM, PMP, CompTIA Security+, ITIL 4, and CSM credentials.I invest my time where mission, scale, and accountability intersect.
