ABOUT ADWOA ANDOH
I’m an Art Therapist (ATR-P) with a passion for blending creativity, mental health, and community care. I recently completed my master’s degree in Art Therapy and have facilitated groups in hospitals, schools, and community organizations, helping both youth and adults develop coping skills, express themselves, and enhance social-emotional learning.Alongside clinical training, I’ve developed and led art-based programs for seniors, youth in shelters, and after-school programs. My work is grounded in cultural humility, identity exploration, and making creative expression accessible to all.I’m seeking opportunities in DC (and beyond) where I can merge art therapy, program design, and community engagement, whether in healthcare, education, or nonprofit spaces.
