Still learning how to design things that scale without breaking. 13 years deep.I spend my days figuring out how to make complex products less painful to use—usually working on systems that need to scale across teams, regions, and conflicting priorities.I\'ve worked across telecom, banking, SaaS, and more—often brought in when there\'s no clear strategy, fragmented tools that don\'t talk to each other, or legacy systems everyone\'s afraid to touch.
