Aditya Gupta is working as a Product Strategist at Impact Guru, a Customer Internet company in crowdfunding space mostly focused on medical financing. He heads the Payment Processing division of the Organization. His major KRAs include owning the checkout process, increasing the success rate of payment transactions along with assisting in revenue and settlement, and reconciliation. Prior to working at Impact Guru as a Product Strategist, Aditya Gupta worked as a Digital Asset Manager at Tata Consultancy Services where he was working for their client H&M (Hennes & Mauritz). His major KRAs were developing a hub system, keeping track of success metrics, and thereby suggesting new fashion ideas for their future campaigns. For some time, Aditya also volunteered as Scrum Master. Aditya stepped into Corporate World while co-founding Young Mystris in 2017 and has since served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. He started off while working on his patent which featured in the Smart 50 competition of IIM Calcutta as the ‘Top 300 Best Startup Idea in India’. It is a self-defense product that works on instinct and is very mature and competitive in pricing than its alternatives. Aditya is already running two local businesses under the Young Mystris banner and is also working on a Travel App idea. Aditya began his entrepreneurial career with a mission to promote youth to pursue the career that they love rather than following the traditional set path for earning bread. Aditya Gupta is an advocate of rational & critical thinking and promotes the ideology of self schooling and collaborative growth.
