About Adwitia Dey
I’m interested in how behaviour changes, both within individuals and within institutions. My background is in social impact and organisational strategy, with work spanning health systems, sustainability, and governance design. Alongside this, I teach yoga and am pursuing further study in neuroscience, exploring how attention, movement, and embodied practice shape cognition and learning. Over time, I hope to contribute to more rigorous, evidence-based work at the intersection of traditional practice and modern science.
