Responsible for Ethernet Stack Development, especially Ethernet MCAL (Trcv and Switch Driver). Primarily, the task involves generator implementation ( creators and validators), static implementation, hardware testing, ensuring software compliance to processes and standards, user documentation and software release.Reference Documents include: 802.3, 802.1, Autosar Specification, Switch and Transceiver Datasheets, Software Manuals, and others.Interpreting data from reference documents, deriving software requirements and taking software design decisions is part of my daily job.Implemented 802.1 Qci (Per-Stream Filtering and Policing) for one of the Marvell Switch.Implemented Qcr ( Asynchronous Traffic Shaper) for one of the Marvell switches.Implemented and released the following interfaces and features for one of the NXP switch: RMII, RGMII, SGMII, Frame Management and Time Sync.Led the introduction of XCP within the team by highlighting XCP benefits, and mentored XCP integration within the team. This has had an impact not just on the Team, but on the whole department and organisation. The initiative has led to an improvement in development efficiency and productivity, software runtime analysis, software quality and customer support.
