ABOUT VINAY KUMAR Y.

I come from a place of quiet simplicity, someone who has always seen the law not just as a profession, but as a promise. A promise to stand by people, animals,nature & to hold systems accountable, and to bring balance where it’s needed most. Now, as I pursue my Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law at IIT Kharagpur, I find myself walking a path where tradition meets technology,where human dignity meets the complexity of the living a life with harmony.As an Advocate registered with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh, I’ve worked on the ground, not just with cases but with people, their fears, their hopes, their need to be heard. My educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from UPRTOU, and later, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Delhi. These two worlds taught me something simple yet profound: that law, much like life, exists in layers natural, social, and systemic.My growing interest in data privacy, IPR, and service laws is supported by certifications in cybersecurity and the Internet of Things. To me, the law isn’t just about people anymore it’s about how we shape our digital lives, how we protect what’s invisible but valuable, and how we build trust in systems we can’t always see.Through it all, I remain in reality of life not by titles or institutions, but by purpose. I am, at heart, a simple man who believes in justice not as a word, but as a way of life
