Executed downstream investment for an Indian entity under FEMA, RBI guidelines, and Non-Debt Instruments Rules, 2019. Managed share transfer from Indian shareholder to foreign entity, including FC-TRS drafting and filings. Coordinated with AD Banks for regulatory approvals and FEMA documentation- Contract Administration: Worked on CLM systems for contract tracking and compliance. Drafted internal compliance manuals under India’s DPDP Act, 2023 and Singapore’s PDPA, 2012. Appointed Data Protection Officers for Singapore entities.
