About Advitiya Patidar

Hello! My name is Advitiya Patidar, and I come from Barwani, Madhya Pradesh. I was never the smartest kid in school, and even in college I stumbled, I got two backlogs in my 6th semester (June 2022). But I cleared them the very next semester and, in January 2023, sat for my first company placement at Tudip Technologies. I cleared all 4 rounds in the first attempt and got selected. Soon after, I built my major project, “Hostel Utility Application,” which was awarded the best project of the year in my college. I graduated in June 2023 and joined Tudip in January 2024. During the three-month induction, I learned network automation (YANG), web automation (Playwright, Python, Pytest), computer networks, and Linux, even creating automation frameworks for MakeMyTrip and internal websites. By May 2024, I was on my first project, and after five months I moved to a Databricks project, where I continue to learn and grow. I started my journey at Databricks with the Global Training and Operations team, but after a month of training, I moved into a Business Analyst role for the Skills@Scale learning offering while being a part of Tr-Ops team. From October 2024, I was responsible for weekly reporting for global customers (like National Australia Bank, ASML, JP Morgan and many more), extracting, cleaning, and presenting learner data. Over time, I streamlined the process, fixed data discrepancies, and even built dashboards using SQL to make insights clearer and more reliable. During this period, I received many appreciations from both customers and colleagues, which was very rewarding. Looking back, from struggling with two backlogs in college to reaching this point in my career, it has truly been an amazing journey.
