ABOUT HEENA AHUJA

I am a foreign-trained legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws from India with more than five years of legal experience across multiple practice areas, including criminal, family, administrative, and contract law. Currently an NCA Candidate and pursuing my P1 License in Ontario, I’m passionate about building a meaningful legal career rooted in advocacy, ethical practice, and client-centered service.I completed the Paralegal Program at Centennial College, where I further strengthened my foundation in legal research, professional responsibility, litigation procedures, and tribunal practice. To expand my administrative and technical competencies, I am also currently enrolled in Centennial\'s Office Administration program, which has equipped me with strong skills in Microsoft Office, document handling, communication, and digital workflows.My practical legal experience includes working as an Associate Advocate at two law firms in Delhi, where I handled case preparation, legal drafting, client consultations, and courtroom assistance. In Canada, I’ve continued to grow through legal internships and part-time roles, gaining exposure to legal administration, document review, and client service.What sets me apart is my ability to bridge international legal knowledge with Canadian legal systems, my adaptability across jurisdictions, and my dedication to continuous learning. I take pride in my problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
